I love the above photo and think it could represent the opposite ends of theatre i.e. the comedy and the tragedy, often symbolised with two masks. In this case it is a little less obvious.
I thought the image of a peacock would work because it is an animal which represents our agency really well. It is dramatic, flamboyant, beautiful yet fiesty and likes to put on a show and create an impact. It is a theatrical bird.
